If you are placing an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2 – About us & our products

Badshahi.pk is an online retail store based in Pakistan, selling cooked, tin-packed food products. All products listed on our website are intended for personal consumption and are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but minor variations may exist.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product packaging, labelling, or appearance may differ slightly from what is shown. All products are sold subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

3 – Orders & pricing

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are additional and are shown clearly at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, orders that have already been confirmed and paid for will be honoured at the price stated at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors in pricing or product descriptions. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4 – Payment

We accept payment via direct bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery. Full payment must be received and confirmed before an order is dispatched, except for cash on delivery orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct amount is transferred and that a receipt screenshot is shared with us on WhatsApp for verification.

We are not responsible for payment delays caused by banking systems, mobile wallet providers, or incorrect transfer details entered by the customer. If a payment is made to an incorrect account due to details not provided by us, we cannot be held liable for that transaction. Always use payment details obtained directly from our official website.

For cash on delivery orders, payment must be made in full in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Refusing to pay upon delivery may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.

5 – Delivery & shipping

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan through third-party courier services. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250/- applies to all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Dispatch typically occurs within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

6 – Returns, exchanges & refunds

Due to the nature of cooked, tin-packed food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final once the order has been delivered and accepted. However, we will consider replacements or refunds in the following exceptional cases:

• The tin is visibly damaged, dented, or crushed upon arrival in a way that may have compromised its seal.
• The product was delivered past its expiry date.
• An incorrect item was delivered that does not match your order.
• The tin is leaking or the seal is broken upon receipt.

All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, along with clear photo or video evidence and your order ID. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. We are unable to process complaints for products that have been opened, consumed, stored improperly, or whose original packaging has been discarded. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7 – Product safety & food advisory

All our products are prepared, packed, and sealed under food safety standards. However, it is your responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt and follow all storage and consumption guidelines printed on the packaging. Do not consume any product if the tin appears swollen, rusted, deeply dented, or if the contents look, smell, or taste unusual upon opening.

We are not liable for any adverse health effects resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption of our products after delivery. Customers with known food allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review the product ingredients and consult a medical professional if necessary before consuming our products. Ingredient information is provided on the product packaging and, where possible, on the product listing page.

8 – Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and the overall design — is the property of badshahi.pk and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

You are permitted to view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use of our content without authorisation constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

9 – Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, badshahi.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. If you wish to have your data removed from our records, you may contact us on WhatsApp and we will honour your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
